On Episode 36 of Beers in The Lot, the guys discussed some of their disappointment that recent NHL games have been a little boring; whether or not the PGA Tour’s new social media and engagement incentive program might work in the NHL; and how no matter what level a hockey player peaks at, they all end up in the beer leagues one day.

On Episode 35 of Beers in The Lot, the guys discussed three notable moves made at the NHL Trade Deadline that saw the Boston Bruins add Taylor Hall; the Pittsburgh Penguins acquire Jeff Carter; and the Washington Capitals part ways with Jakub Vrana in exchange for Anthony Mantha. The Beers in The Lot crew also reviewed the greatness of Wayne Gretzky and if Alex Ovechkin can still break The Great One’s all-time goals record. The guys also shared some embarrassing beer league hockey stories.

On Episode 34 of Beers in The Lot, the guys were joined by Hilary Hayssen, Shannon Rice, and Stretch Johnston from the Chesapeake Bay Lightning. They discussed their preparations for USA Hockey Nationals in Tampa Bay and the Bay to Bay 2000K fundraising effort the Lightning are running to help offset costs of the trip and tournament.
