NHL Trade Deadline Day

On Episode 35 of Beers in The Lot, the guys discussed three notable moves made at the NHL Trade Deadline that saw the Boston Bruins add Taylor Hall; the Pittsburgh Penguins acquire Jeff Carter; and the Washington Capitals part ways with Jakub Vrana in exchange for Anthony Mantha. The Beers in The Lot crew also reviewed the greatness of Wayne Gretzky and if Alex Ovechkin can still break The Great One’s all-time goals record. The guys also shared some embarrassing beer league hockey stories.

Going Bay to Bay with the Chesapeake Bay Lightning

On Episode 34 of Beers in The Lot, the guys were joined by Hilary Hayssen, Shannon Rice, and Stretch Johnston from the Chesapeake Bay Lightning. They discussed their preparations for USA Hockey Nationals in Tampa Bay and the Bay to Bay 2000K fundraising effort the Lightning are running to help offset costs of the trip and tournament.
