All Roads Lead to Buffalo

On Episode 115 of Beers in The Lot, the crew discussed the slow starts for the Vancouver Canucks and New York Islanders while the New Jersey Devils looked good. The guys got into some nostalgia about the NHL in the 90s and 2000s, focusing on the Buffalo Sabres, Ryan Miller, and how Sidney Crosby and Alexander Ovechkin have tortured certain goaltenders over the years. Discussions about generational talents always lead to comparisons and ranking players on lists so, the guys gave their thoughts on that. They also recognized Phil Kessel as the iron man in the NHL.

They talked about the Seattle Kraken’s new mascot, Buoy the troll, its origin, and concepts that would have been better alternatives.
