Episode 149 of Beers in The Lot was recorded on location at Olde Mother Brewing Co. in downtown Frederick, MD. The guys were joined by the head brewer at Olde Mother, Sean Curley. Sean talked about growing up playing hockey in the area as a member of “The Linganore Hockey Mafia” and returning to the game after a brief hiatus out west. He also took the BITL crew through his professional past and path to becoming a head brewer. There were a ton of great stories and parallels between hockey and brewing, including an award for the best beer in Maryland that Sean paraded around the streets of Baltimore like the Stanley Cup.
